Mark McClain is the CEO and Founder of SailPoint, bringing nearly 40 years of experience in technology and over two decades as a leader in identity security. Under his leadership, SailPoint has grown into a global leader, serving nearly 50% of the Fortune 500 and 25% of the Forbes Global 2000. The company operates in over 60 countries with nearly 4,000 employees. After its $6.9 billion take private by Thoma Bravo in 2022, Mark successfully led SailPoint back to the public markets in February 2025 (Nasdaq: SAIL).
